Secure FTP

OpenText™ Discovery will provide the Secure FTP URL, along with your Axcelerate Cloud login ID and password.

Access the application using the provided URL, and then log in using the provided Login ID and Password.

After you are logged in, select a file transfer method on the Client Options page:

Web Client

Use for simple uploading and downloading of individual files.

This selection opens a screen where you can browse through folders, create new folders, and choose to files to upload.

FTP Voyager JV

A full-featured Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) client.

Note: The first time you use FTP Voyager JV, you may be prompted to download and install the Java launcher file in your browser. Simply follow the prompts to do so.

After launching the java file that gets downloaded, you will be prompted to run the application. Click Run to launch the FTP Voyager JV client.
