You can use the Document Characteristics Smart Filter to locate documents that contain text extracted by OCR or documents that failed OCR text extraction.

|---|---|
| Text extracted by OCR | Text extraction was successful. |
| OCR extraction failed | Text extraction was not successful. |
| Without Text | Document has no text, for example a TIFF file before text extraction. |
| With Text | Document has text. This includes documents that contain text after OCR. |
Note: OCR text extraction is executed by Transym, a third party product. OpenText software has no impact on the quality of the extracted text.
