The Axcelerate Ingestion1 application enables users to process and ingest electronically stored information (ESI), assess the data, associate relevant documents to legal matters as necessary, and publish data for review to the Axcelerate Review & Analysis application.
The Axcelerate Ingestion application processes and indexes electronically stored information from virtually any enterprise data source. It can connect and be integrated with a myriad of structured and unstructured enterprise data sources including laptops, desktops, fileshare servers, email servers, email archives, and document and records management systems.
Once data has been ingested, users can explore and assess the documents in the repository. As relevant information is identified, matters are created to preserve the documents and protect against spoliation. Axcelerate Ingestion can automatically identify newly ingested documents that are responsive to existing matters and incorporate those documents into the matter as well.
Documents that have been added to a matter can then be published to the Axcelerate Review & Analysis application. This application makes data available in the Axcelerate 5 front end, for document review, further analysis and production.
As an administrator, you will use CORE Administration to configure the Axcelerate Ingestion application and manage backend settings. You may also work within the Axcelerate Ingestion module. This is the user module for ingesting and publishing data. Unpublished matters can only be accessed in this module.
To open an Axcelerate Ingestion module, log into the Axcelerate 5 front end. Any available Axcelerate Ingestion module is listed on the Navigation page.
