Your LaunchPad user credentials will be provided by OpenText via email, along with instructions to set your password and then log into LaunchPad.
Tip: If you are required to use Duo, a two-factor authentication (2FA) platform, to log in and you need assistance, contact your Administrator or see Duo Support.
If at any time you forget your password, you can reset it using the link on the LaunchPad login page.
