Bulk Add Users to a Project Based on Project Role

When multiple users will be added to a project and assigned the same project role, you can bulk add the users to the project.

1. Navigate to the Projects page.
2. Find and select the project in the list.
3. Click to open the Task Box and then select Add Users to Project.
4. Select all users that require the same project role and then select that role from the Project Role drop-down list.

5. Click Done.
6. Repeat this process for the next group of users that require the same project role.

Important: Remember to send the new user(s) an email with the Axcelerate Ingestion and/or Axcelerate Review & Analysis URLs for your Axcelerate Cloud environment. If the new user was assigned server role privileges, also provide the appropriate URL(s) for those servers. Additionally, if the Send welcome email upon user creation check box was cleared during user creation, include password reset instructions in the email to the new user, so they can set their password.
