LaunchPad Welcome Email

When you create a user account, you decide whether to have LaunchPad send the user a welcome email.

Send welcome email upon user creation: By default, the Send welcome email upon user creation check box is selected. When the account is created, an auto-generated email containing the user's user name and instructions for setting their password is sent to the email address entered for the user.
Do not send welcome email: A welcome email is not sent if you clear the Send welcome email upon user creation check box.; If you opt to manually input a user's password, this check box is auto-cleared.; Once the user's account is created, provide the user with their login credentials.
