Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
A contract with OpenText that includes MFA.
When MFA is enabled for a user and the system is configured, the user must confirm their identity using Duo, a two-factor authentication (2FA) platform, before they can access Axcelerate 5 and/or before they can RDP into the Admin server.
To enable MFA for an existing user, see: Add/Edit User Profile Details.
For more information about Duo, see: Duo Support.
To see which active and inactive users have MFA enabled, use the MFA Enabled column or Smart Filter on the Users page. You can also use the #MFA Active Users column on the Clients page to quickly see the total number of active users with MFA enabled for a specific client.
Note: To add the #MFA Active Users column to the Clients page, see: Personalize LaunchPad.
