Image File Handling for CSV Load
References to images are included in the document metadata. How they are included depends on the format of your data:
- If there is an Opticon file, you reference it in the Create New Data Source Wizard.
- If the load file contains a field with image references, reference this field in the Create New Data Source Wizard. Before starting the data source crawl, verify that the field is listed in this data source configuration node: . The field must have the Image storage location type.
There is no need to create a field in the document model for image references.
Files are not copied by default
Image references in the load file or a separate Opticon file are
stored in the document metadata field
IMAGE_CSV_LOAD. This information is used by the Axcelerate Review & Analysis
Images_Read_Only storage handler to show the images during review.
The images themselves are not moved. You must make sure that the images are
located where the respective storage handler can access them.
