The Data Progress Report Dashboard allows you to track media and custodians within the Axcelerate 5 application.
There are two areas where Data Progress Report information is located:
- Administration > Settings
- On this page, you can manually input general information about:
- Expected media types, volume of data, custodian names
- Actual received media type and size, associated custodian names, dates received
- Business Intelligence > Data Progress Report
- Once the data is ingested and published, you can use this page to:
- View ingestion, culling and publish statistics retrieved from Axcelerate Ingestion, including actual ingestion size, published size, names of searches used for publishing, and resulting document counts
- Compare your expected media to the actual ingested media, to verify all media was received, ingested and published
Note: Updates to the Settings page display immediately on the dashboard.
Note: Data ingestion, culling and publish statistics are recomputed automatically once a day.
