Matter Status

On the Navigation page, the STATUS column indicates whether the application hosting the respective matter is running, stopped, in maintenance, etc. The information for the Navigation page is collected every two minutes. Therefore, it can take up to two minutes until the current status is displayed.

Tip: Instead of waiting, you can click the Refresh button in the toolbar.

Status: Running
Matter is active and users can work on the matter.
Status: Not Running
Matter is inactive. Depending on the matter configuration, users may be able to start it. In the Actions column, click the button and select Start. If the matter does not start or Start is grayed out, ask your Administrator to start the required components.
Status: Paused
The matter is suspended because there was no user activity for a certain time. Any user who wants to work on the matter can start it. In the Actions column, click the button and select Start.

Note: If the matter is large, it may take some time for it to start.

Status: Starting
You started a matter. Click the Refresh button in the toolbar to see when the matter is running again.
Status: Locked
The index engine has been locked, e.g., for maintenance reasons. Currently, this status can only be set during project migration by Recommind Support. The Description column tells you the reason for the lock, e.g., In maintenance mode.
Status: Initialization blocked
The template could not be applied because the template index engine was not running. An Administrator must start the template index engine.
Status: Initialization
Template settings are being taken over. Click the Refresh button in the toolbar to see when the action has finished.
Status: Initialization Failed
Template settings could not be taken over for some technical reason. Ask your Administrator to review the service tier log file for exception analysis.
