Mark Batch as Complete

When you estimate that the batch was sufficiently reviewed, you can mark it as complete, to tell the Case Manager that the batch can be closed. You can mark a batch as complete even if it contains documents that have not been reviewed, i.e., a batch can be marked as complete and be 20% reviewed.

Note: A Case Manager can mark a batch that is assigned to any user as complete, so long as the batch does not have an In review status.

To mark a batch as complete:

  1. Navigate to the Assignments page.
  2. Select one or more review batches.
  3. In the toolbar of the Results panel header, select Mark Complete.
  4. Click Submit.

 

The batch is set to status Marked as complete. The assigned user no longer sees the batch on their Assignments page.
