Bulk Remove Redactions

ClosedYou must have one of the following user roles to conduct these tasks:
  • CORE Administrator
  • All
  • Case Manager

To bulk remove all redactions from a set of selected documents:

  1. Select the documents on the Analysis page.
  2. In the toolbar of the Results list panel, select ActionsRemove Redactions.
  3. Confirm you wish to proceed.

 

For the selected documents:

  • all redaction markups are removed;
  • the Redaction Reason Smart Filter assignment is cleared;
  • the Redaction Color Smart Filter assignment is cleared; and
  • the Redaction Smart Filter assignment is cleared.

You can track the documents processed by a specific Redaction removal job using the Job Processing Smart Filter.
