Batch Status

Note: To ensure you are viewing the most up-to-date information, click the Refresh button in the Results list toolbar.

The following values may be seen in the Status column on the Assignments page:

Assigned
The batch is assigned to a user, but is not yet in review.
Closed
A Case Manger closed the batch. Only Case Managers can see batches in this status.
In review
The batch is currently in review. It is blocked for other users, for example, it cannot be pulled by another user and a Case Manager cannot reassign it.
Marked as Complete
The assignee or a Case Manager marked the batch as complete and stopped the batch review.
Review paused
During review, the assignee left the Review page or closed the Review in Context window, logged out, or was logged out by a system timeout.
Unassigned
The batch is not assigned to any user. Only Case Managers can see batches in this status.
