Batch Status
Note: To ensure you are viewing the most up-to-date information, click the Refresh button in the Results list toolbar.
The following values may be seen in the Status column on the Assignments page:
- Assigned
- The batch is assigned to a user, but is not yet in review.
- Closed
- A Case Manger closed the batch. Only Case Managers can see batches in this status.
- In review
- The batch is currently in review. It is blocked for other users, for example, it cannot be pulled by another user and a Case Manager cannot reassign it.
- Marked as Complete
- The assignee or a Case Manager marked the batch as complete and stopped the batch review.
- Review paused
- During review, the assignee left the Review page or closed the Review in Context window, logged out, or was logged out by a system timeout.
- Unassigned
- The batch is not assigned to any user. Only Case Managers can see batches in this status.
