Manually Assign Batches
As a Case Manager, you can manually assign review batches.
- A user must log into Axcelerate 5 once before their user name is seen in the list for batch assignment.
To manually assign review batches:
- Navigate to the Assignments page.
- Select one or more review batches.
- In the toolbar of the Results panel header, select Change assignee.
- In the Change Assignee dialog box, enter the name of the assignee and optionally input a comment.
- Click Submit and the system checks whether the target review state of the batch is activate for the user. If it is not, you have the option to proceed with the batch assignment or cancel it.
Note: To assign a single batch, you can also click
in the Actions column and then select
Change assignee.
The name of the assignee is shown in the Assignee column. The batch status is Assigned.
