Pull a Review Batch

Pulling a batch is self-assignment of a review batch from the holding queue.

 

  • A Case Manager user must give you rights to pull review batches. These rights specify which level(s) of review you are allowed to pull batches from, for example, first pass review or privilege review.

To pull a review batch:

  1. On the Assignments page, click the Pull button in the Results panel header. If you do not see a Pull button, check with your Case Manager. They will either need to assign you a batch or adjust your rights and allow you to pull batches.

  1. In the Pull Batches window, specify the number of batches you would like to pull. Pulling one batch at a time is recommended, to keep batches available for other members of the review team.
  2. Select the target review state for the batch you want to pull, or select Any Review State to select a random batch. If more than one target review state is available and you are not sure which to select, check with your Case Manager.
  3. Click Submit.

You are now assigned a review batch and are ready to open the batch and begin review.

Note: If you did not receive a batch it could be none were available for the level of review you selected. Try to pull a batch from a different review state or check with your Case Manager who can check the batch status.
