Redaction View Storage Cleanup

ClosedYou must have one of the following user roles to conduct these tasks:
  • CORE Administrator
  • All
  • Case Manager

Document display files (SVGs) used for Image and Redaction view have high storage demands. These files can be removed to reduce the storage.

Note: This action does not remove any XDL files, nor display files in the display list cache.

To remove SVG display files from the storage:

  1. Select documents in the Results list.
  2. Use the menu entry Actions > Clean up Redaction View Storage.
  3. A dialog shows the number of documents for which the stored display files will be removed. Click Confirm to proceed.
