Export Specification

Exports from results lists and matter exports that you can run in the Axcelerate Ingestion module are possible in the following formats:

  • Concordance
  • CSV
  • EDRM XML

    This export format is adapted to the EDRM standard. It is not available in the Axcelerate 5 front end.

You can customize delimiters and separators in the export wizard.

The exports may consist of the following files:

Concordance CSV EDRM XML

Concordance file containing

  • references to the exported text files
  • references to native files
  • document metadata (field values) selected for export.

Encoding: Concordance format. Text qualifiers and paragraph line break characters are not UTF-8 compliant.

CSV file containing

  • references to the exported text files
  • references to image files (if references are not written to Opticon file)
  • document metadata (field values) selected for export.

Encoding: UTF-8.

EDRM XML file containing

  • references to the exported XML documents
  • references to native files
  • document metadata (field values) selected for export.

Encoding: UTF-8

Opticon reference file for images.

Encoding: UTF-8.

Opticon reference file for images (if image references are not written to CSV).

Encoding: UTF-8.

 
Text files that contain the content of the indexed documents.

Encoding: UTF-8.

Text files that contain the content of the indexed documents.

XML documents with document text and metadata

Encoding: UTF-8.

Images of the documents (if available) Images of the documents (if available)

Exported native files are named according to the numeric document ID. For example, a PowerPoint file with the numeric document ID Mine01:00000049 is exported as Mine01_00000049.ppt.

For each export, the system generates a Transmittal report with statistical counts for the exported documents.

By default, the exports are stored in an automatically created Export folder below the %MINDSERVER_PROJECTS%\singleMindServer.<index engine name> folder.
