Preview and editing of field values

To prevent browser unresponsiveness, the Values tab for a field on the Axcelerate 5 Fields and Values page displays only the first 1,000 field values for preview and editing. You will see a Load all values option; however, loading all values for a field that contains a very high number of values is likely to cause your browser to become unresponsive. If this occurs, you can still add or rename the field's values from the Tagging panel and an Administrator can delete values in CORE Administration.

Type-ahead display

A field that is converted to a type-ahead display has the following limitations:

Type-ahead display is not available for the Foldering panel.
The system allows you to add a duplicate value if there are capitalization differences between the existing value and the newly entered value.
Example
You type accounting into the text box. The matching value displays as Accounting. You click and both accounting and Accounting are now values in the list.
Tip: To avoid duplicate values, establish a policy that all users enter values in the same format, that is, capitalized or not capitalized.
