Review in Context is configured in Axcelerate 5, on the Administration > Settings page, Review in Context tab. The configuration of each sub-tab is described below.
- Enable Review in Context
- Review in Context is a matter-level setting. By default, this setting is enabled. Clear the check box to disable Review in Context.
- Document Identifier
- ID is the default field that displays as the first line of a document's card in Review in Context. If you prefer to display a different field, select it in the list.
MIME types groups allow you to customize the metadata that displays on document cards in Review in Context.
- Default groups
- Default groups exist for common MIME types, that is: Office documents, Emails, Chat, and All Other Docs.
- You can add and remove MIME types from a group.
- Create a new group
- Click Add MIME type group. Give the group a name and then select all MIME types that you want associated with that group.
Tip: Type in a MIME type with an asterisk (*) wildcard to capture multiple MIME types. For example, text/* would capture text/html, text/plain and text/xml MIME types.
- When all MIME types are selected, click and then click Apply to save the changes.
- Prioritize using Group order
- MIME types are organized into groups based on the group order. For example, the text/chatxml MIME type is part of the Chat group. If you create a new Text group for documents and enter text/* as the MIME type, then move the Text group above the Chat group, it will also capture the text/chatxml MIME type. If instead you leave the Chat group first, then text/chatxml is captured in the Chat group and all other text MIME types are captured in the Text group.
- To change the order of a group, hover your mouse on for that group, then drag and drop the group to reorder.
A review group is a mapping of metadata to a MIME type group. On this sub-tab, select any metadata fields that you want to display on document cards for a MIME type group when a member of the group is active (selected) in Review in Context.
Select the Highlight check box for a field and its values will display in red.
When a document has duplicates or near duplicates that have been tagged with a review state for any level of review, a user can click , Show reviewed duplicates / near duplicates, to access those related documents in Review in Context. By default, these related documents display the same metadata as is configured for the Metadata (Review Group), along with the Last tagged by field.
If you prefer, you can customize the metadata that displays for these related documents. To do so, select Enable dedicated metadata mapping for related documents. Then, adjust the metadata fields that you want displayed for each MIME type group.
Note: The Last tagged by field display is not configurable.
