Document Card Colors for Review in Context

In Review in Context, the left edge of a document's card may change color.

Note: Your Case Manager may rename the default Responsive, Attorney Client or Work Product field values; however, the card color associated with those values remains unchanged.

Card colors represent important information. If more than one card color is possible, the most important color wins.

Description

The Privilege field is tagged Attorney Client or Work Product.

The card color will be orange even if the document is also marked for redaction and/or tagged Responsive.

The document is flagged Mark for Redaction.

The card color will be blue even if the document is also tagged Responsive, so long as it is not also tagged Attorney Client or Work Product.

The Responsiveness field is tagged Responsive.

The card color will be green so long as the document is not marked for redaction or tagged Attorney Client or Work Product.

No card color (white) means the document is not tagged Responsive, Work Product or Attorney Client privileged, and is not marked for redaction.

The Duplicates (D) and Near Duplicates (N) fly-in, which displays when you click Show reviewed duplicates / near duplicates, contains the same card color indicators. The bottom of the fly-in also displays the colors with document counts. This allows you to quickly tell whether any of the displayed duplicates or near duplicates are inconsistently tagged.
