An Administrator can apply document-level security to a user group in CORE Administration to restrict users in that group from accessing certain documents in an Axcelerate Ingestion or Axcelerate 5 application. Read-only access is also an option for documents in Axcelerate Ingestion. Once applied, the users do not see the restricted documents and document counts related to those documents are no longer included in Smart Filters or in the Results list.
Document-level security is dynamic because it is search-based. This means the user group is automatically restricted from accessing newly loaded documents that meet the same search criteria.
To use this security option, coordinate with your CORE Administrator.
