Identify Tagged Documents
On the Analysis and Review pages, you can tell whether a document has been tagged by a visual indicator in the Results list. The indicator displays as either a dot or a tag.

Green
- Document was tagged by the current user.
or
Dark gray
- The document was tagged by another user.
or
Light
gray
- The document is not tagged.
The icon status is instantly updated when tagging is saved by you or another user.
The tag icon is visible in these locations:
- Analysis page: Results list grid view
- Analysis page: Associated results view

Review page: Associated results view
Note: The tag icon is not visible when you are working in Review in Context; however, there are other visual indicators to notify you when a document has been tagged. See: Document Card Colors for Review in Context and Review in Context Features.
