Export Documents from Axcelerate 5

You can export fields, native files, converted images and text files for documents from the Results list of the Analysis page.

Note: For export of production documents, see Production Export.

To export documents from the Analysis page:

  1. In the Results list, select the check boxes for the documents to be exported.

    Tip: If you are exporting all documents displayed in the Results list, the documents do not need to be selected.

  2. In the toolbar of the Results list panel, select ActionsExport.
  3. In the Export wizard, configure the parameters of the export and then click Run to initiate the export job.

  4. Navigate to Administration > Jobs to monitor the progress of the export job. When the job is finished, as indicated by the Status column, check for errors in the Errors column. If the job contains errors, select Error Log from the actions menu to review the errors.
  5. To retrieve the finished ZIP file export package, select Download from the actions menu for the export job. You will be prompted to select a location on your local workstation or network, optionally rename the ZIP file, and then click Save to download the file. Navigate to the location where you saved the file and double-click the file to open it and view the contents.

 

Export files are stored in CSV or Concordance format. Native files, converted images and text files are stored in separate folders and referenced in export reference files.

For each export, a Transmittal Report is generated and exported with the other files. It contains statistics of the exported documents and files.
