Export Documents from Axcelerate 5
You can export fields, native files, converted images and text files for documents from the Results list of the Analysis page.
Note: For export of production documents, see Production Export.
To export documents from the Analysis page:
- In the Results list, select the check boxes for the documents to be exported.
Tip: If you are exporting all documents displayed in the Results list, the documents do not need to be selected.
- In the toolbar of the Results list panel, select .
- In the Export wizard, configure the parameters of the export and then click Run to initiate the export job.
Range
This parameter lets you decide which documents to include in the export.
- Selected only
- Export only the documents currently selected in the Results list.
- Entire results set
- Export all documents listed in the current Results list, regardless of whether they are selected.
Columns
This parameter lets you define whether metadata fields are included in the export.
- All columns
- Select this option and all available fields will be included in the export.
- Choose columns to export
- Select this option and the Column Fields to Export multi-select list displays, allowing you to pick specific fields for export.
- To select multiple values, press and hold CTRL and then use your pointer to select all desired fields. To select a group of consecutively listed fields, select the first field and then press and hold SHIFT while selecting the field at the end of the range; all fields in between are selected.
Documents to include
To include native files, converted images or text files in the export, select the check box for each desired item.
- Export natives

Export natives check box, additional options appear that allow you to define the folder and column names used in the export.
- Folder name is the name of the folder in which
the native files will be stored. Allowed values: any valid file name

- Export images

Export Format
Select your desired export format: Concordance or CSV.
Date + Time Format
If you selected date fields for export, you have the option to modify the date and time format that will be used for those fields.
Name & Description
Type in a name for the export and, if desired, a description. The name will be used as the name of the export job and as the file name of the resulting export.

- Navigate to Administration > Jobs to monitor the progress of the export job. When the job is finished, as indicated by the Status column, check for errors in the Errors column. If the job contains errors, select Error Log from the actions menu to review the errors.
- To retrieve the finished ZIP file export package, select Download from the actions menu for the export job. You will be prompted to select a location on your local workstation or network, optionally rename the ZIP file, and then click Save to download the file. Navigate to the location where you saved the file and double-click the file to open it and view the contents.
Export files are stored in CSV or Concordance format. Native files, converted images and text files are stored in separate folders and referenced in export reference files.
For each export, a Transmittal Report is generated and exported with the other files. It contains statistics of the exported documents and files.
