Enable Review State Values for Tagging Arrangements
By default, the First Pass Review Complete review state value is enabled for the 1st Level tagging arrangement and the Second Pass Review Complete review state value is enabled for the 2nd Level tagging arrangement.
To enable these or other Review State values for additional tagging arrangements:
- Navigate to the page.
- Click on the Review State field name.
- Select the Values tab.

For each Review State value, click Select Arrangement to select from the existing tagging arrangement list or click Create Arrangement to create an arrangement profile that you will later set up for review.
Ways of associating review states and arrangements
- You can select multiple values in the Select Arrangement window. This allows users to manually switch between arrangements while working in a review batch for that specific level of review. A Power User, for instance, working in a First Pass Review Complete review batch may tag a document using the 1st Level arrangement and then switch to a QC Review Complete arrangement to add additional tags.
- When more than one arrangement is linked to a Review State value, it is recommended that a default arrangement be set. The selected arrangement is the tagging panel users see by default when they open a review batch associated with that Review State value. If there is no default arrangement, arrangements display in alphabetical order.
- To instead restrict a Review State value to its selected default arrangement, select the One Arr. Only check box.
Review States with different arrangement settings
- Click Apply and then Done to return to the main page.
Note: Once a value is associated to an arrangement, it can only be changed from the page.
Tip: If your next step is to configure a newly created arrangement, click the arrangement’s name to jump to the page.
Tip: You can also associate Review State values to tagging arrangements from the page. In the Edit Arrangement window, select the Batch Review tab and then the appropriate Review State value(s). The Review State field on the page auto-updates to match.
