Create or Modify a Tagging Arrangement
Tip: To avoid additional work, customize fields and field values before configuring arrangements.
To configure a tagging arrangement:
- Navigate to the page.
- Do one of the following:
- Create
- Click in the Results panel header and then select New.
- Modify
- Click on the name of an existing arrangement to open it.

Navigate through the tabs on the Edit Arrangement page and configure the arrangement:
- Arrangement Name
- Enter or modify the display name for the arrangement.
- Display Column
- Use this column to select which fields display in the arrangement, i.e., check a box to display a field; uncheck a box to remove a field from display.
- Move Column
- To adjust the field order, click the field you want to move and drag it to the preferred location.
- Read Only Column
- Select the Read Only check box to apply read only security to any field, that is, users will see the field, but cannot modify it.

- Select the Enable for Review check box and also select the Review State values that match the level of review for which the arrangement will be used.
- Administrative Tagging
- Clear the Enable for Review check box and do not select a Review State value.

- No Restriction
- By default all Axcelerate 5 users are part of an Everyone user group and this group is allowed access to all of the default arrangements. If this is acceptable, make no changes.
- Restrict Access to Arrangement
- To restrict access to the arrangement, click in the Type to add groups box and select the user group(s) that are allowed to access the arrangement. Once the user group(s) are selected, hover your mouse on the Everyone group and click when it appears.
GeneralTip: If users will use the arrangement to tag documents, consider naming it to match the level of review for which it will be used, for example, Privilege Review.
Note: Fields that display in the foldering arrangement cannot be added.
Click Apply to update the Preview panel and QC your work.
Quick Tag DefaultsBatch ReviewTip: If you need a new Review State value, click Manage Review States to switch to the Review State field settings. On the Values tab, add the new value and select the arrangement for it. To return to the arrangement settings, click the arrangement name in the Batch Review Arrangements column.
Tagging RulesSecurityCaution: Make sure you are part of the allowed group before deleting the Everyone group or you will restrict yourself from the arrangement.
- Click Done.
The user groups listed on the arrangement’s Security tab have immediate access to the new or updated arrangement.
