Modify Review State Field Values
If the default Review State field values do not meet the project needs or if any of the default values will not be used for batch creation, those values should be deleted. New values, appropriate for the project, can then be created.
To modify the Review State field values:
- Navigate to the page.
- Click on the Review State field name.
- Select the Values tab. Your options are:
- Delete value
- Hover over the row of a value to be deleted and click when it appears.
- Add value
- Click New and enter the name of the new value. Click to save. You will also want to link the new value to a tagging arrangement.
- Reorder values
- Click the value you want to move and drag it to the new location. Click Apply to save the new order, or Reset to return to the previous order.
- Once all changes are made, click Done.
Note: The system does not allow you to delete a review state value if it has been assigned to a review workflow or a review batch.
Note: Changes to Review State values are immediately applied to all places in the user interface where the values display.
